Also good, perhaps a little too watery for a saisson but still nice and priming was also goog. Had it at the brewpub. tastybeer (1853) - Indiana, USA - JUL 25, 2013
Draft. Hazy deep gold, small white head. Little retention/lace. Aroma is boring, light Citrus/floral, sugar, light yeast. Taste is light sweet, spicy yeast, floral hop. Palate is soft, quenching. sloshgator (741) - Orlando, Florida, USA - JUL 13, 2013
Cask & Larder Trois Mois Saison is a pleasant, well-balanced specimen of the style. Light sour fruit aroma coming from a deep amber pour with a white pillowy head on top. Initial taste is sour, but not so much that it makes you pucker. Finish tastes like a good red wine. Trois Mois is likely to have broader appeal than the over-the-top saisons preferred by lovers of sour beer. Very good overall. jcwattsrugger (12517) - Florida and, New Jersey, USA - JUN 19, 2013
