Pours a medium golden orange, fair amount of head that disappears quickly. Aroma is subtle, faint barnyard/farmhouse vibe, maybe a bit of straw. Thinner body is lively and bright. Finish is slightly estery. Very drinkable, but not remarkable. Floback (550) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - NOV 29, 2012
Bottle from Knightly Spirits in Orlando. Pours blond with a half-inch of off-white head. The aroma is buttery with strong malts and a hint of nuts. Notes of biscuit, more malts, more nuts, subtle banana, green apple, and grains. Medium/high carbonation and medium body. Not too complex, but a solid brew.

Bottle shared by a friend. Pours a clear gold color with a thick off-white head. Malty aroma with some yeasty funkiness. Malty sweet flavor with a bit of funk and a crisp finish. Travlr (24726) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 15, 2012
Draft. Hazy golden yellow color, large bubble white head. Aroma of straw and citrus. Taste is mild barnyard, bitter hay. Nice. JoelMiler (13) - Michigan, USA - OCT 17, 2012
Poured pale golden with a decent white head that diminished quickly. Almost no aroma, although only hints of any scent were apple type flavors, but, so faint to be barely perceptible. Flavor was mild with a bit of cidery spice, but not too overpowering. Quite mild, but, very refreshing.

Poured from 750 ml bottle.
Sparkling with a very slight haze, a 2-finger cream head and excellent lacing. Head and lacing do not linger very long.
Aroma of caramel, grain, yeast, apple and herbs.
Taste of caramel, honey, Chardonnay, yeast, bread, apple and rose water.
Medium body and medium carbonation. Soft, foamy mouthfeel.

bottle-conditioned 750ml, BB 24/07/2013. early pour is clear apple juice color with a large-bubbled white head of average retention. early on it has a strangely faint nose, as in, it almost smells like nothing whatsoever. there’s a small bit of red apple esters and mild calcium, copper and soap notes with cork and tomato / vegetable / ketchup scents coming into play as it opens. medium body, somewhat chewy and oily. apple juice flavor with very small accents of ginger root, detergent and hairspray. juicy, sweet, effervescent presence in the mouth. carbonation is a bit too rough, and the malt is a combination of gooey apple cider texture with rough, grain-heavy edges. flyingzambonie (42) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 24, 2012
Refreshing and crisp with slight herb and floral notes. Beautiful blonde color. A wonderful spring/summer beer.

Bottle. Clear blond pour with a one finger white head and nice-looking bubble action. Pilsner malts, honey, and grassy/floral hops on the aroma. The flavor is somewhat standard for the style, but well-done nonetheless. Slightly sweet honeyish malt base and mild hop bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel with medium body for the style. Drinkable. A nice tick. dumontn (530) - St. Joseph, Michigan, USA - APR 25, 2012
Pours a totally clear blond with sparse head. Aroma is apple, pear, fresh baked bread, honey, pils malt, caramel, banana. Taste is same as aroma. Body is medium, low to medium carbonation, long bready finish. Overall, underwhelming but interesting. You probably need to pair this one with some carefully chosen food to bring out its full character.
