Nice clear orange-yellow pour with a fluffy white head. Slightly nutty malty aroma. Flowery with mild hops. Very dry with flowery malt. Bitter finish with some hops. Very clean and refreshing. brainlair (236) - Maryland, USA - APR 9, 2010
750mL bottle, thanks to ryan. Pours a pale hazy yellow. Aroma has herbs, citrus and yeast. Taste is nice and dry, with lots of yeast and a gentle bitter hop finish. Nice beer. ryan (3185) - Beltsville, Maryland, USA - APR 9, 2010
Hay/dough and herbal nose; touch floral. Well attenuated, soft luxurious body, cotton candy and honey, bready malts, light herbal hops, some grass. Finishes rather dry with a very floral bitterness. Gentle, but moderate carbonation. Just my thing. Excellent, excellent stuff. douglas88 (9789) - Portland, Oregon, USA - APR 4, 2010

Pours a cloudy gold with a solid white head. Very similar to saisons. Aroma is very earthy. Taste is sweet with a somewhat sour finish, hops come through nicely. Very smooth drinking. Overall I enjoyed the brew, however I would like to get a bottle and age it and see if the aroma and taste change for the better.

a little thin, but sweet and a bit spicy. Flavor is a bit earthy while flavor is that of grain, farms, and banana. Like a wit, but filtered, littlesmoother, and a bit more like champagne. Bottle from Neighborhood Quick Stop on Kendall in Miami. SanfordBrewer (1610) - Sanford, Florida, USA - DEC 12, 2009

A very smooth biere de garde, A bit thin, but not off-putting. A little bready and somewhat sweet and rather refreshing. Surprisingly not yeasty for a biere de garde...
