Aux allures cuivrées, la CH’TI Ambrée dégage des arômes de malts subtilement torréfiés. Ses qualités ont été récompensées par la médaille d’Or lors de la Sélection Mondiale de la bière en 2003 à Bruxelles et par la médaille d’argent lors du Concours Général Agricole de Paris en 2004. Afin de profiter de toute sa saveur, nous vous conseillons de la tenir au frais et de la déguster à une température de +/- 8 °C dans son verre préalablement rincé et non essuyé.

Bottle. Clear amber, big beigeish head. Malty, warm caramel, toffee and slight dark fruit aroma. Tastes pretty sweet, caramelly, with a bit of bitterness. Very soft on the palate, mild carbonation. Not too shabby, not too interesting.

Bottle. Red, dark copper in colour, nice white head. Malt and caramel with some dried druit notes. Medium bodied, sweet with light herbal bitterness in the finish.

Copenhagen 31/10 2015. 33 cl bottle from restaurant at Gråbrødre Torv. Pours amber with big white head. Settles as 1 cm creamy layer of foam. Lacing on the side of the glass. Aroma of malty sweetness, toffee and honey. Medium carbonation and watery palate. Taste follows the nose. Sweet with caramel and toffee. Very light bitterness. Fine ambre. Sweet without being nauseating. Fine for a brisk autumn afternoon.

Amberkleurig bier met mooie schuimkraag. Moutig in de neus. De smaak is rond en full-bodied met goede karamel notities en licht fruitige zuurgraad. Goede balans tussen mout zoetheid, fruit vulling en een licht droge hoppige bitterheid. Typisch Frans bier uit het Noorden.
