Copper coulered beer with off-white head. Aroma of sweet fruit. Taste sweet malt, fruit and a bit spicy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottled, 650ml, Swing Cap from a Spar in Maubeuge, Nord Dept., France. With Derek whilst cooking up a Mothers Day Feast. Copper with off white head. This proved to be quite a smooth, malty beer, there is a spiced element here, coriander and a hint of clove we thought. There is a yeasty hint. Fuller on the palate with malty sweetness. Decent beer.

33cl bottle. Apperance: A clear deep blond beer, with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma: sweet, lots of orange peel, apples, overripe fruits, spices, and some sugary.tones. Taste: Sweet, sugary, cooked apples, orange peel and cooked vegetables, spices, cloves, some cinnamon. medium body, below average carbonation. More a Biere de Garde as a Belgian strong Ale. A bit too sweet sugary and spicey, but not too bad.

pivnizub (10614) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - FEB 3, 2017
Bouteille (650ml): Deep golden, almost clear, medium-sized and slowly collapsing lacy white head; sweetish grainy-malty nose with some fruity spots and a tinge of honey, some herbal hops in the background; mainly sweet flavour with a slight bitterness, medium bodied; slightly drier towards the malty-honeyish finish, light bitter aftertaste with some warming alcohol. Not unpleasant...

Bottle. Copper coloured appearance in a swing top bottle with a seasonal label. Quite spicy with a medium body. A bit predictable but still quite pleasant.

Pours champagne fizz with European hop aroma. Lovely mouthfeel and sweet caramel, some marzipan and alcohol. Large bottle gladdened the spirit. This is a devil of a beer and could floor the unsuspecting.
