COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After brewing and fermentation, Ch'Ti beers is kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber-golden body with a medium white head. Nose is candi sugars, banana, straw and hints of caramel and grains. Taste is caramel, candi sugars, banana, straw and hints of white bubble gum. Medium body and carbonation. Fair enough, but a bit generic amber Belgian ale all in all.

Bottle. A clear one, with a dense white head of moderate size. Some alcohol in the aroma, with sugary malts and a generic fruityness. Pine cone notes. It’s quite dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Fruits, white sugar notes, a fine bitterness and some spiced, peppery notes in the flavor. Lasting fruity finish with a nice bitterness. A pretty nice one, although not up there with the best. 140510

Couleur blanche trouble. Bonne mousse blanche. Nez malté. Gout assez leger de malt, petite amertume. Bonne petillance. Plutot une triple qu’une bière de garde.

0.33l bottle. Leaving it alone long enough and it wants out of the bottle this. In the glass it’s what you can call a crystal clear one. It’s golden, deep golden in color and it a has a small quickly islandy bright white head. Smells a bit like oil and metal. Traces of white bright candied sugar and something floral. A bit of dental floss with some sweet fruit juice in the background. Not to extreme really but not bad either. It’s sharp metallic in the taste. Copper and oil before a medium strong alcohol sharpness kicks in. It’s above average on the almost creamy carbonation level and it feels oily in the mouth. It has some sort of fruit juice touch to it but I can’t put my finger on just what it is. All in all drinkable, but not something I will be having again. 27.03.2014

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Stovner ( on order) . Golden color, ok foam. Good carbonation, velvety texture. Fruity and floral aromas, as well as honey: medium intensity. Medium/ full body & complexity. Some sweetness, but balances well. Enjoyable

Clear golden. Large and dense off-white head and lacing. Sightly hoppy aroma of lavendel soap, yeast and spices. Similar taste. Cardboard and almonds in taste and mouthfeel.

Sigmund (7906) - Tau, NORWAY - APR 12, 2014
Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Clear deep golden to orange colour. Moderate aroma of spicy Belgian yeast. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour is not as sweet as many other tripels, quite dry. Decent hops. Light bodied for its strength.

Holmen1 (6465) - Stavanger, NORWAY - APR 12, 2014
Mandler sier Odd Gunnar. Lett drikkbar sier jeg. Fint filmskum, klar og gylden.
