COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After brewing and fermentation, Ch'Ti beers is kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam.

Full bodied and full of flavour. Best beer I’ve ever tasted (so far). Elegant, sweet taste - sophisticated and well-balanced

33cl bottel bought in Auchan, La Defense, Paris. Raisins and honey taste with a good balanced smoothness becomes a honey palate with a hoppy nute. Long finish. White head, very dense, stays on top for few minutes. Dark-golden colour.

Assez amère mais bonne, arrière goût très agréable de oublon fumée (miel?, fruitée?) qui reste en arrière bouche ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

thedm (6308) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - SEP 16, 2005
This corked and caged bottled brew whose cork was marked 2-27 poured a large sized head of white colored foamy finely sized mostly diminishing bubbles that left behind a transparent orange colored carbonated body and a fair lacing. The aroma was fruity vinous doughy and malty. The mouth feel was tingly from start to finish with a medium strength vinous finish. The flavor contained notes of malty sweetness that was well balanced with some caramel. It was rather yummy.

hotstuff (5233) - Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 22, 2005
Corked & caged bottle. Medium white frothy head that was mostly lasting, fair lacing, fine-small sized bubbles, transparent, carbonated, and a yellow golden hue. Aroma was malty, sweet and fruity. Flavor was sweet, malty and smooth. Tingly and thin mouthfeel. Light body. Worth trying IMO.

proesti (58) - Lille Nord, FRANCE - NOV 14, 2009
Big bottle from Auchan. Golden beer with nice white mousse. Aroma is malty, sweet with some flowers and soft hop. Taste is sweet with some banana, malty with honey hints and slight hoppy.

Feinschmecker (202) - Seattle, Washington, USA - JAN 3, 2008
Bottle. Musty and yeasty aroma complete with apples and pears. Sparkling gold color. Very drinkable Trippel. I am fond of their beers so maybe that is just me. The alcohol is concealed in the at first yeast dominated flavor, that becomes fruity and somewhat dry afterwards.
