COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After brewing and fermentation, Ch'Ti beers is kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam.

Joeh (2049) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2005
Corked 750ml bottle from Sainsburys. Pours very pale, little head - quite hardly carbonated. Aroma is sweet, buttery and alcoholic. Flavour is very sweet and alcoholic with malt and a little bitterness. Not wonderful but pleasent and drinkable. Much, much better than I expected.

rauchbier (3934) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - MAR 14, 2005
Bottle, from Sainsbury’s. Gold, shortlived thin white head and gentle condition. Sweet grain and honey aromas, soft perfumed grain and flowery honey in the mouth and a low fruity finish with hints of hop bitterness and alcohol.

MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - APR 21, 2009
Bottle, 7.5%. Clear dark golden colour. The flavour is nicely malty, slightly sweet, quite peppery. Has a little vegetable, but seems clean. Good peppery aftertaste with a rough, cleansing bitterness.

imdownthepub (15333) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - OCT 1, 2009
Bottled, 750ml cork & cage, aged 4.5yrs. Gold with white head. This had aged well, still good condition with a light fruity aroma. The body had a deep fruity flavour, peachy and tangy, maybe a sharp apple note. Lacks a dryness, but really pretty decent and reasonably smooth with the aging.

3.4
jaghana (6283) - Strasbourg (Alsace), FRANCE - MAR 9, 2013
Bottle 33cl, a copper beer with good head and medium carbonation. Nose is grainy with light spice background. Aroma is on carmel and toasted notes, floral hops with grassy touch, toffee, unusual triple beer more like a "piere du printemps", easy drinkable lot of floral hops, caramel, nice.
