Replaced by Maltesse Triple, brewed with a different yeast and hop variety.

Corked bottle from Auchan, Quatre Temps, La Défense, Paris
Hazy deep blond color; eggwhite head. The aroma is almost absent. The body is quite strong, poor malt flavor, corn; strong bitterness, the final is a bit oily. Useless.

Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - FEB 1, 2010
Mondiale 08. Pours a bland pale gold with a fizzy soda like head to nothing. Aroma is straight up DMS and acetaldehyde and raw uncooked malt extract- honey and too sweet- corny. Flavor is grassy, thick syrupy sweet malts, rice, liquid malt extract twang, corn grits, DMS and green apple skin which just made me feel like I was getting a headache as I drank this swill- gross.

DeanF (2464) - Alberta, CANADA - JAN 18, 2010
750ml bottle found at Auchan in La Defense. Pours yellow-gold with soapy head, aroma of syrup and malts. Taste is a still-too-sweet mix of malt and caramel, slight leather notes as well. A little on the undeveloped side.

fonefan (49341) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 16, 2009
Bottle 75cl. @ The Danish Summer Gathering Tasting, TSODRBSG09.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, spicy, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090822]

The Etruscan (685) - Tuscany, ITALY - NOV 4, 2009
Creamy white full lasting head. Amber-golden colour. Aroma is malty with light honey, floral and spicy notes. Flavor is moderately malty with hoppy, herbal and bready tones, ending in a moderately hoppy finish. Medium bodied.

Bottle, 75cl corked, courtesy of MiP. It is an almost clear golden beer with a small off-white head. Sweet, caramel flavor with some fruits and alcohol. There’s some fruityness in the mouth too, a fine bitterness, and sweet caramel. Medium body, nicely carbonated. Rather short finish that is more warming than necessary. A quite decent one, dangerously easy drinkable for a beer like this. A bit on the malty side, meaning it lacks on hops. 090821

faroeviking (10913) - FAROE ISLANDS - SEP 20, 2009
Botela. Clear golden. Sweet, yeasty and malty aroma. The flavour is sweet and malty with alcohol and a pleasant bitterness.

Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - SEP 10, 2009
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. Sweetish malty nose. Quite full-bodied with a solid malt base and a rather subdued bitterness. Some alcohol in the finish. 220809

MiP (15667) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - SEP 5, 2009
Bottle, 7.7%. Papery aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Very small white head. Good malty flavour, peppery, hint of spice. OK balanced.

Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - SEP 3, 2009
The color is yellow-golden and the head is white. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit and a little sweetness. The flavor has sweetness and notes of malt, fruit and light citrus in the dryish finish. Not very complex.
