COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest in flavor beer. Perfect for those warm summer days by the lake. Honey and Cara malts combined with a little corn and base malt gives this beer a creamy, refreshingly good taste.

Served up on tap at Spots. 16oz pint glass. Attractive color pushing towards an amber/orange color likely due to the malts. Nice head with slightly off white lacing. Not a lot on the nose. Maybe a hint of grain and corn. Taste is mild and slightly sweet...almost reminds me of sweet corn to a certain extent. Feels pretty light. Easy to drink. Ends with bitterness but nothing overwhelming. This one doesn't exactly stand out for me.

Creamy, a little bit of honey undertones, with a bit of a harsh corn flavor.

Crisp and clean. Would pair well with anything. Just a tiny bit of aftertaste. But overall not bad at all ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

One of the BEST beers I've ever tasted. And I generally like a bit heavier.

Stine (1802) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JUL 25, 2017
Paler copper color with no retention. Honey and wheat crust aroma, with a bit of dried corn or polenta grain. Quiet herbal tones are tucked away, orange mint most especially. It has a nice perfume to it. The flavor offers a subtle, pleasant fruitiness that isn’t particularly distinctive but has a rounded dimension to it. Dry malt, hay, cracker. Clean and polished palate, smooth texture. Herbal suggestions remain lingering a bit in the end. Virtually no criticisms here, quick and quaffable.

Tap at icehouse. Very light copper with medium white head. Slightly sweet nose. Smooth, mild, sweet grain, easy round finish. Easy to drink. Not bad.

Minneapolis, MN - Cuzzy’s Bar & Grille - on tap - breakfast before a Twins game. Sparkling, medium copper pour, fading soft off-white head. Aroma has some yeasty accents, a touch of ripening fruit. Sweet flavor with some cake mix accents, a touch of yeast, some ripening fruit. Thick enough mouthfeel.

12 oz can purchased at Lunds & Byerlys Wines & Spirits in Golden Valley, Minnesota. The pour is clear golden orange with visible carbonation bubbles and a well formed one inch white head. The aroma is soft malt, caramel and corn, along with a hint of grass. The taste is the malt, softly sweet caramel, bit of vegetal corn, and the grass character dries out the finish. The plate is light to medium bodied, action carbonation and a clean dryish finish. Solid Cream Ale, certainly could be a gateway from macro lagers.
