Draft at Duluth airport - pours a tinted honey, frothy ivory colored head. Nose is fresh florals and cracker. A medley of light pine, citrus, and berries. Decent bitter finish with lingering fruits and bread. Nothing outstanding but very well made and reliable.

Can in the living room.
The beer pours a hazy orange color with a big head & nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma is citrusy & hop forward with a bit of caramel. Slightly herbal, fine enough.

The flavor is lightly sweet & lightly bitter with a grapefruit & orange hop character.
Enjoyable

Pours a clear copper body with a one finger fizzy beige head. The nose is mostly toasty malt with a lighter caramel note and just a touch of floral hops. The flavor is fairly bland and boring, some toasted and slightly husky maltiness, minimal sweetness, and a lesser note of floral hops towards the finish. The sweetness does build a bit the more you have though. Lighter bodied with soft fizzy carbonation and a slight cling on the back end. Pretty generic tasting amber ale.

Can. Amber with a thin white head. Caramel, grapenuts, wet grass, malty and light pineyness. Light malty sweetness with a vegetal bitterness. Medium body with watery feel.

Sampled at esbls. Hazed amberish. Fruity and bitter. Mild bitterness. Complex hops. A lot going on for a pale ale. Clasic west coast.

Very drinkable beer not fanastic by any means but good....needs more hops and malt to be real good.

Amber with foamy head. Fresh hoppy and fruity aroma. Taste - caramel malt and balanced with a generous amount of resinous hops. Notes of pine, citrus and dark fruit. Solid APA. Castle Danger continues to impress! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Copper amber color, darker than most APA. Pretty decent, easy drinking enough. Slightly hoppy mostly malty.
