Draft. Copper with small off white head. Aroma of floral hops, caramel, and biscuit notes. Medium body, tropical fruit hop notes, caramel, and a medium/heavy hop bitterness.

Sampled at Winterfest 2014. Orange pour with a yellowish-white head. Nice fruity aroma. Clean palate - not too syrupy. Good brew.

On tap at Stout’s Pub in Roseville/Falcon Heights. According to the draft list this pub has an exclusive rotating tap from this brewery. A damn good IPA considering the size and newness of this brewery. I usually don’t expect much from MN IPAs, although they have steadily been getting more interesting, but this one went far beyond my expectations. Nose has good clean citrus notes, rich grain. Flavor has tasty, biscuity malt but is definitely hop driven - a layered rush of fruity, alpha-acidy goodness - followed by a strong bitter bite that is missing among the many popular midwest IPAs I’ve tried recently. I liked this very much and hope to see it more often around the Twin Cities.

Had this at the 2013 Beer Dabbler in Saint Paul. Such a solid tasting IPA really fit the mood of the event and had a great flavor!
