340 ml can (Tanzania Breweries license). Almost black body with a creamy beige head. Roasted malt and chocolate aroma. Flavor is malty with roasted notes, milk chocolate and a little hint of caramel as well as bitter notes. Medium body, creamy and surprisingly easy drinkable, a bit sweet and one dimensional in the finish. A welcoming break from all the insignificant lagers found everywhere in Tanzania. Courtesy of a fellow from that other site. Canned. Body is black with a lasting, thumb thick head that is tan and creamy. Mild detergent, toasted grains and sweet malt. Mildly thin body, but not alarmingly so. Sweet molasses/cane sugar fore with milf roast notes, chocolate. Some sugar and cream notes, but no coffee. Finishes with a mild burnt bitterness. Not bad really. anders37 (27658) - Malmö, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2007
Bottle. Pours a black color with an off-white head. Sweet malty slightly roasted aroma with some hints of chocolate. Sweet roasted malty flavor with some hints of chocolate. I had this in Ghana and I miss it badly. It had a very thick, creamy texture. Wonderful aroma and a very unique refreshing taste. jcr (2785) - Jasper, Indiana, USA - JAN 6, 2007
Can. Black beer with tall tan head that diminishes. Strong aroma of molasses, caramel, roasted malts, milk chocolate, smoke. Sweet flavor with notes of sugar, caramel and sweetened milk with notes of chocolate. Finish turns dry and slightly bitter and last awhile. Thin body and watery texture.

Can: Pours with a black center and deep mahogany highlights. Thin layer of tan colored head. The aroma is full - upfront milk chocolates, honey roasted peanuts, caramel and butterscotch. Nutella-esque. The medium body is milky smooth on the palate. The chocolates continue in the body, which also displays more of the roasted profile with subtle hints of smoke and coffee. Thins out and becomes slighty watery in the finish, but overall not too shabby. For an SABMiller brew, this really is "Goodness in Every Glass." peter81 (7) - USA - JAN 6, 2007 does not count

Black with a tan head. Aroma from cocoapowder and sour milk. Toffe-ish flavour with the unpleasant touch of sour milk present here too. Bit thin and watery. Furseth (2165) - Kungälv, SWEDEN - AUG 10, 2006
Bottle: Black colour, with a light brown foam.
Aroma of, Oboy, chocolate,Milk, and toffee. with a bit of bitterness in the end.
Light to medium body, aroma and Flavor is almost the same.
Short finish. bourne (161) - Suwon, SOUTH KOREA - JUL 7, 2006
A chocolate stout with a fairly good gravity and a lot of sweetness. The roast and the malt are good but lacks diversity. I only really detected chocolate, no coffee or toffee. And the chocolate is rather singular.
