COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Castle Milk Stout has a thick texture, strong flavour and a full, satisfying and complex taste, with a hint of caramel. Dark roasted malt provides its distinctive dark colouring, and the creamy, smooth head comes from a special yeast.

625ml bottle [brewed by Accra Brewery, Ghana - Thank you very much, Aziz!]. Clear, darkest brown colour with ruby red glimmer, average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, beige to tan head. Dark malty aroma with a grainy, strawy touch, hints of milk chocolate, some roast. Taste is slightly roasty dark malty, some dark malt sweetness, a touch of treacle, malt lozenge; slightly watery, not that far from some German Dunkels.

Another courtesy of my friend Cantabrian. Heartfelt thanks mate. As black as it comes with a covering of latte coloured head. Fresh, creamy aromas of cream and chocolate malts. This pretty much sums up the flavour with maybe a little bit of cola as well. Some slightly prickly carbonation, which surprised and a finish like cola. A simple beast, but tasty enough.
