If its the only beer available on Friday after work Im still disappointed, which is a very bad sign. Bland, watery and overly sweet its to be drunk icy cold to hide this.

Worse than Corona - but if you like that you might like this. My wife and eldest daughter like it - and neither generally likes beer - so that might give you a clue - this isnt beer. Best to serve ice cold to avoid tasting it.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2015 Bottle at Xmas. Smells sweet and weird. Tastes like insipid XXXX. Fairly funky aftertaste. Has to be very cold.

Stale aroma. Clear golden colour with poor head. Light honey flavour, very mild. Light body with low carbonation.

When in Australia this is one of my beers of choice. Served ice cold this beer is very refreshing and goes down quicker than a cheap French whore. When slightly warm it has a malty taste which isnt overly bad. Also I once managed to drink 17 of these in one sitting and didnt get a hangover. Plus its low carb so its as healthy as water.....I hope

330 ML bottle Left at my place on NYE, figured why not tick it :) Clear straw yellow color, good visible carbonation. Half finger bright white head. Falls to a thick layer of foam. Some slight spotty lacing. Good retention. Nose is cereal, sweet corn, metallic hops, and cardboard. Taste is sweet corn, cereal, metal, and bits of cardboard. Thin and watery but very sharp crispness. No hops but the sweetness carries it well. Odd enough good long lingering sweetness. On par with Corona. OK there. Not as good or as interesting as the Australian Hotels Mexican Lager. Some reasonably interesting things about it.

330ml bottle. Pours a clear pale gold, with a small white head, which lasts surprisingly well, although does not leave much lacing. Cardboard malt and sugary sweetness make up what aroma there is. There are no perceivable hops flavours up front, but rather a blend of sweetness and cardboard which leads into a watery body. There is a faint flavour of wet leaves in the finish. This is the worst beer I have had in a long time: an aggressively bland, flavourless lager, low carb at that. At least I didnt pay for it.
