Mild hoppy aroma, nce gold colour with big head. Clean hoppy flavour with mild bitter tatse. Not bad for mid strength beer. Winchester (75) - Struggle Town NSW, AUSTRALIA - JAN 5, 2004
Still not sure what the point of mid-strength beer is. This is the 1st premium mid-strength I have had, and definitely the best. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 17, 2003
maybe it's the queensland heat getting to me but i enjoyed this a lot more than i expected. quite luscious vanilla mango malt. zero hops but that still beats pride of ringwood. full-bodied for a midstrength maupie (1102) - Roosendaal, NETHERLANDS - OCT 1, 2003
This beer has a gold yellow body - hue with a bitter initial flavor and a light body. Nesta13 (205) - AUSTRALIA - JAN 24, 2002
An average, easy-drinking midstrength lager. Gets extra points for having a decent amount of taste for a lower stregth. Quite enjoyable but certainly nothing special.

Can purchased in Ireland. Pours clear orange body. Aroma is light malt. Flavor is nothing. Bland, boring, no alcohol?? LAME brew. grant60 (185) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAR 15, 2002
this metallic tasting piss is not worth bothering with. weak! the adverts on television are crap too. df316 (8) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 6, 2002 does not count
