Hazy yellow color, white head. Funky, wood scent. Sour, fruit peel taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.
Pours hazy pink into a shaker. White head dissipates to nothing. Rhubarb and strawberry aromas. Tart with upfront strawberry turning to mild funk lacto in the medium length finish. Guyute_Pig (103) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUL 6, 2012
Growler to mah glass. Nice light pink hazy pour, solid lace. Aroma is a nice tart, yeasty goodness. Taste is just clean, light sweet strawberry sour goodness. Best beer this brewery has produced. Straight up Florida Weisse madness right here. Suttree (6541) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - JUL 2, 2012
On tap at Barley’s, Asheville. Pinkish orange, with a thin ring of foam. Smells like strawberry and what I assume is rhubarb. Seems effervescent without being fizzy. Nicely tart, with a not overbearing amount of strawberry. Some earthy, almost musty flavors, too. Pretty refreshing, actually.

Draft to pint. Looks good; fruity and hazy with nice lacing. Smells pretty good; tart and yeast. Tastes good; a nice tart, fruity treat! Good on the palate too. Enjoyable! zizzybalubba (1891) - Raleigh, North Carolina, USA - JUN 8, 2012
On tap at Barley’s Taproom & Pizzeria in Asheville, NC. Pours orange with a short white head. Lightly sour aroma and what I would guess is rhubarb (only becuase the menu describes this as a strawberry rhubarb berliner weisse would I guess this). The flavor blends cherry, lemon, watermelon candy, and just a touch of Earthiness together in a way that is light and refreshing and not at all off-putting if sour beers are not your thing. A good, interesting, unique beer.
