Pouring at Belgian Beer Fest. Pours a hazed gold with a thin white head. Soft musk, light wheat. Medium bodied, heavy carbonation. Chewy wheat, but then it empties out. Musk, soft coriander, wheat, long musky bitterness.

Bottle @ home, picked up in KC. Pours a cloudy, orange appearance with a fluffy white head. Mildly citrusy, mildly spicy, bready wheat malty nose. Fairly tart, mildly spicy, citrusy, wheat malty flavor. Tart, wheat aftertaste. I’m not too impressed. phaleslu (10246) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - AUG 19, 2010
Draft at Blueberry Hill. Pours a hazy orange color with a small, resilient, creamy eggshell white head. Aroma of orange citrus, honey, pepper, coriander, sweet malts, and wheat. Flavor of orange citrus, bready malts, wheat, honey, and pepper. Medium-bodied, with a bready mouthfeel and soft, gentle carbonation. Really smooth, creamy, and easy to drink. This is an excellent Belgian white, and it sure hits the spot. drfabulous (7941) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - APR 8, 2010
Draught at Sycamore. Lemon. Wheat. Yeast plays a role. Decent body for the style. Some unintended - or I think unintended - funkiness at the end. Overall, not bad. Strykzone (7355) - Wood River, Illinois, USA - MAR 10, 2010
Pour is a cloudy and a bit dirty gold with a small white head and very active carbonation. That head never faded a bit. Aroma is tart citrus fruit such as lemon along with wheat. Flavor is subdued. Orange arrives first. A bit of banana and some grain. Feel is soft in the mouth and lightly creamy. ABV is no higher than 5% which is a plus for me. Quite refreshing. Nothing to not like just not quite enough flavor to rave about. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - DEC 18, 2012
Bottle:   Straw, hazy, and not pale in color, small sudsy white head, little lacing.   Could stand to be lighter/whiter.   Wheaty nose, slightly mealy, not getting much if any in terms of spices.   Smells like a standard American Wheat.   Mealy on the tongue, also a bit wheaty, but void of any tunnel that guides you to something spicy.   Even as a plain ol American Wheat its lacking a bit of fortitude.   Body and mouthfeel are average.   Boring finish, a bit mealy and wheaty.   This one was simply void of anything Wit like.   Very very very pedestrian and boring.   Not bad, but lacking for what it should be for the style. <p.
