Pours a hazy yellow, orange with a white head. Smells of cities, spice and a bit of alcohol. It is tasty. Nice sweet citrus, good spice, pretty session able.
Head is initially small, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium yellow.
Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), with strong notes of grains of paradise, eucalyptus, sage, clove, coriander, peppercorns, etc.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, heavily spiced.
Medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation, lightly alcoholic.

Pours a medium, well retained white head, with extensive lacing, over a clear gold (SRM 5) body......nose is light toasted malts, cardamom, light citrus, no hops.......taste is lightly sweet, with floral notes, cardamom, citrus notes, mild finishing spice, hop bitterness........mouth feel, light of medium body, mild alcohol, light carbonation. This is a pleasant easy drinking beer, but a relatively light Saison. It also misses the style being sweet, needing greater attenuation, and lacking the pepper phenolics. On tap at the brewery. Gold, pale and hazy with a small white head. Floral, herbal aroma with notes of citrus, earth and spices. Similar flavor, mildly sweet and tangy with light bitterness. On tap at the Lakewood Location. Pour is hazy honey with a small white head and good lacing. Spice, big floral, honey, lavender, light vanilla, ginger root, and dough in the aroma. Taste is heavy lavender, somewhat peachy, biscuit, flower petals, grassy, cardamom, clove, and hibiscus with a lightly spicy finish. Light body with high carbonation. Hazy murky golden with a thin foamy white head. Nose is very clove-y and funky with cardamom and Belgian witte spices. Flavor is a little sweet and raisin-y with a backing note of cardamom and funky earthy blonde grains and Belgian pale maltiness. Earthy and oddly sweet with some Spanish cake tones.

Tap @ Colorado Craft Beer Kickoff Week at Falling Rock. Pours a bit hazy, orangish yellow appearance with a small white head. Holy christ, the aroma is just overrun by cardamom, pepper, and other spices with some other slight notes of citrus. The flavor is similarly super spicy, orange citrusy, zesty, and supposedly easy to drink. I wasn’t a big fan of this one, but I heard others at the fest that enjoyed it. On tap at Caution! poured a clear tarnished gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of straw, cardomom, yeast and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Pour on tap at Denver Bicycle Cafe, hazy yellow-golden orange pour with thin but lacing white head, aroma brought notes of cardamom, orange, slight ginger, hints of pear, slight lemon, hints of peach, earthy tones, biscuit. Taste is a nice mix of peach, pear, some nice cardamom with notes of ginger, earth, hints of lemon peel, finishing with some sweet biscuit, more fruity notes. This is nicely done.
