A typical but somewhat better than average island-style lager. Only ever had it straight from the bottle or in a plastic cup, just as it should be. Strangebrewer (1308) - Chatham, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 9, 2011
bottle. Poured clear pale yellow with a bubbley white head. The aroma is grainy with a little citrus, but a bit skunky. Crisp mouthfeel. Light and grainy flavour with a malty backbone. Not a bad island brew. I recommend drinking it ice cold from the bottle. vadie (1256) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 27, 2012
Rafraîchissant! Un nez faible de malt et peut-être foin, un goût légérement sucré avec un peu de malt. Facile a boire. Plaîsant, mais très simple. HogTownHarry (6872) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - MAR 6, 2014
12oz can - thanks Jer! (I think) - shared with blankboy and biegaman. 3.1 Jer? "that’s fucking MENTAL" overheard .... Pale slightly oily-looking gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma is less offensive than the light, but still weedy - some heather, sugary, vaguely grassy if I’m generous - call it 5-. Taste - it’s a shandy, right? lemonade with grassy cheap lager. Light, watery, weakly carbonated - ehh. not horrible. Patrickctenchi (6589) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - DEC 5, 2016
Clear, light gold with a small white head.
Barley and mild green-bottle aroma.
Taste is slightly sweet, very light, barley malt, grass.
Truly not that bad for what it is.....even with the hint of skunkiness.....

Bottle. Pours clear pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma oof yeast and bread, with malty notes and hoppy hints. Bitterish flavour of hops, mwith heavy estery notes and touches of malt. Bitter and estery aftertaste. A little watery but not that bad for the style. A valuable country tick! drowland (8713) - Georgia, USA - AUG 3, 2009
Single bottle into a pint glass. Parents brought this back from vacation... smooth and easy drinking, like a typical lager. Slight skunk on the nose from the green bottle I’m sure. Don’t let these get too old in the sun! Bulk_Carrier (6065) - Vermont, USA - JUL 16, 2014
My brother brought this back from his honeymoon and was deadset on having me try this. Okay, let’s see how she goes.
The appearance was a light yellow/blonde color with a one finger white bubbly head that quickly dissipated. There was barely any lacing.
The smell was grainy and cereal - like sweet with some light corn.
The taste was once again mainly sweet but didn’t carry anything else.
On the palate, this one sat fairly light and came across pretty sessionable.
Overall, not a bad beer just not one to have on a regular basis. shrubber85 (11408) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - DEC 2, 2016
Bottle. Sour corn/barley malt and straw aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet creamy barley malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. In a green bottle so it was a bit skunked, but overall a pretty nice beer. I could drink these all day on the beach. popkow (308) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - DEC 11, 2007
Had it off tap and out of can but prefered bottled. Clear body like the waters off cayman this beer is light with a slight sweatness to it. Not much to say about the palate or flavor only that its easy drinking in the sun.
