COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"A true seasonal beer, as refreshing as it should be! Taste it in the summer, sitting at a terrace table " Originally, season beer was a beer brewed before the summer and intended for summer-season farmhands. It had low alcohol content and a marked bitterness that made it really refreshing. We wanted to offer a truly seasonal Season with production limited in time. As Laurent Agaches

Crisp saison, the elderflower does not give much in terms of added complexity, but still a refreshing beer.

Bottle at home for rating 2222. Hazy light golden with big creamy and fluffy white head, looks like a massive marshmallow on top of my beer, awesome. Nice peppery yeast and some cloves and other spices, light flowery and grassy, a touch of tart lemon, hay, and apple. Theres a light sweet maltbase underneath, but the yeast, flowers and hops are much more in the foreground here. Under medium sweet and bitter with a light tart touch. Medium bodied with over medium carbonation. Good classic saison.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Norway, on order (BU). Slightly hazy golden color, lots of foam and high carbonation with speedy bubbles. Medium aroma intensity; starts off with some honey, also the floral and fruity aromas are quite dominating. Some maltiness adds complexity. Medium body & complexity. A litte sweetness at first, but balances very well. Enjoyable
