It had low alcohol content and a marked bitterness that made it really refreshing. We wanted to offer a truly seasonal Season with production limited in time. As Laurent Agache’s

75 cL [email protected]/Brugmansia’s Cnudde tasting. Pours clear and almost pale yellow with a white head. Light acidic to light citric aroma. Light wheaty and fruity. Flavour is mild herbal and light spiced. Brændnælle in the flavour and into the finish. Light mellow yeasty note.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a huge, lasting, and lazing beige head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with notes of straw and citrus, on a slightly malty back ground. No bitterness to speak of.

Draught at Den Tatoverede Enke. Clear amber coloured with a creamy white head. Fruity and spicy aroma of hay and hops with notes of belgian barnyard. Fruity flavour of herbs and elderflowers with notes of spices and hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. Pale yellow colour, huge fluffy white head. Aroma is vegetables, some mild yeasty and grainy notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Not that exciting. Very vegetable finish.

Very hazy gold beer, thick fluffy white head. Semi crisp and semi dry palate. Creamy lagerish malt with a little light yeast. Reasonable amount of hop snap providing some grapefruit. Well joined up. Decent if unspectacular.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy golden with a tall and lively white head. Fresh aroma of fruit and spices - perhaps a little coriander - and some yeast. Medium body with a fairly high carbonation. Lightly sweet malts with very fruity accents. Dry and lightly hoppy finish. Quite drinkable. 290308

Cask at GBBF 2012, London. Pours hazy, yellow-gold with a monstruous, white foam head. Nose of doughy yeast, lemon zest and white bread. Light to medium sweet flavor with doughy malts, odd smoe, some minerals and grains. Light bodied with average, smooth carbonation. Moderately sweet finish with toasty dough and faint, dry yeast. Not bad, kind of average.
