Bottle. (thanks SirLimpsalot)
A bit hazy dark red with a medium head. A bit thin and sweet with malt, chocolate, some perfume and light roasted. Nothing special.

@ Gyllenbock 14-12-13: ganska medioker både i doft och smak. Söt och maltig med liten beska. Känns lite intetsägande.

Flaska ur belgolådan. Komplex maltig kropp. Elegant smak av humle, vin, äpple och belgisk jäst. Mycket trevlig och välbalanserad öl. Hanoi (951) - Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2014
Nose is sweet, cloves, dates, slight, woody note, licorice, slight hazelnut. Taste is very faithful to the nos - very nutty, light wood, dates, a little licorice, a gentle chocolate emerges in the finish, leading to light spices.
Mouthfeel is quite thin for a Christmas beer .
I am a little underwhelmed by this, it’s nice enough, but I find the nut flavours overwhelm. lobs_ols (452) - LATVIA - DEC 3, 2014
Opaque dark red, strong white head. Very vague aroma, some licorice and roastiness. Sweet and spicy, but not obnoxiously so. Chocolate and toffee notes. Finishes a bit watery. Quite nice, could be more full-bodied.

Cazeau’s Christmas ale, a very dark brown beer with light beige head; sweet and malty, candied dates, blackcurrant, caramelly and somewhat chocolatey maltiness with a gentle coffee-like roasted bitterness in the end. Again a Christmas beer in the old Scotch style without explicitly admitting it’s a Scotch. Very good, though. edgallow (4211) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 9, 2014
11.2 oz bottle pours brown with a light tan head. Aroma of malts, fruit, toffee and grain. Taste of caramel, raisins and toffee. Yves (3042) - Turnhout, BELGIUM - SEP 4, 2014
Alone at home. Dark brown colored beer with medium brown head and medium carbonation. Malty hopped aroma with some fruity hints. Full sparkling palate. Finish is fruited caramel sweet. kermis (13485) - The Hague / Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - SEP 3, 2014
