I saw a few of these in the store the other day and immediately thought, support the locals! This pours a dirty gold color with a nice frothy white head that leaves ample lacing. The aroma is of caramel, bread, cereal grain, and light floral notes. This goes down nicely with sweet caramel, mineral, grass, and citrus flavors. Slightly dry and hoppy finish. There’s a little bit of bitterness here but not a ton. Medium-bodied and a bit toasty. This is solid stuff. I look forward to trying others from this brewery. juiceisloose (1492) - Windermere, Florida, USA - SEP 9, 2011
Fairly fresh bomber. This pours a slightly hazy, dark golden amber color and topped by a thick head of off white foam that slowly recedes and coats the glass with lacing nicely. The aroma is based mostly in toasted, dry cereal grains and bready malts with hints of citrus and a touch of clean, grassy hops. The flavor follows suit and come across mostly dry and well balanced. The dry toasted cereal and bread malts form the base while some lightly peppery, grassy hops add some bitterness for balance. Hint of citrus fruit come through and add a touch of sweetness while lending to the bitterness from the hops. Medium bodied and easy drinking with moderate carbonation and just really well balanced. This is a nice pale ale that is pretty straight forward, but balanced and enjoyable either way. OmegaX (1374) - Florida, USA - JUL 19, 2012
Not a bad brew at all. Nose is sweet citrus fruits (orange) and light caramel malt. Not much else going on there. Average. Very sweet nose though. Pour is nice with a golden/bronze color and a big foamy head and solid lacing. Taste is grassy hops with some grapefruit and pine tree on the finish. Malt and sweetness hit you upfront with some lingering straw notes. Pretty nice actually. MBlessing (1312) - Württemberg, GERMANY - APR 6, 2017
Dunkles gelb schöner schaum, harzig fruchtiger geruch, im Geschmack kräftig leichte trockenfrüchte etwas dunkler honig harzig herb, ein kräftiges Pale ale.
Coole brewery, 1 bier on tap und man sitzt mehr im Wohnzimmer von dem Typen... desurfer (1302) - Melbourne, Florida, USA - MAY 12, 2014
Draft @ Coaster’s Pub. Pours a light amber with a small puffy white head. Mildly hoppy aroma. Not a whole lot of hoppiness in the flavor, less than expected for an APA, with too much doughy sweetness. Not bad but kind of off-style.

cloudy yellow body, served a touch warm to my great pleasure on draught at the brewpub. aroma is of subtle fruit esters that grow stronger throughout the pint: lime/lemon and general ’five alive’ notes. flavor is of cascade esters indlucing some odd weizen like characteristcs of peppery banana.
enjoyed another sample of two failed pours (due to keg, not the barkeep) that had sat out for nearly two hours. to this i added 7-8 crystal hop pellets. before long it became ’hop soup’ and undrinkable, but before it did the already present citrus notes became stronger but still fleeting in their subtle way, with an almost british classiness. 22oz Bottle. The pour was a cloudy medium yellow with a light reddish hue and a small (1 finger or less) white frothy head that was mostly lasting, eventually receding down to a thin film and possessed some good spotty lacing.
The aroma was of a grain malt, floral hops and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (orange).
The taste was lightly malty and bitter sweet with a hint of caramel from the onset, progressing with a mild citrus sweetness and a bitter hop finish. The flavor lasted an average duration with a fruity hoppy taste settling in on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was a few steps above light in body, watery and a tad dry in texture with a lively carbonation.
Overall a very good Pale Ale, which possessed a decent hoppiness that was set off slightly by a mild citrus sweetness...

Draft @ CBBC. Pours golden with a creamy white head. Nose is of citric, lime hops and some toasted malts. Slightly drying, toasted malts medium-to-low bitterness, round mouthfeel. A bit of lemon fruitiness in the flavor as well. Drinkable slightly off-the-wall APA. Awktoberfest (404) - Aurora, Illinois, USA - MAY 8, 2014
Nothing overly offensive. I would say its more like a bitter traditional pale. Definitely falls flat if going for a traditional "American" pale ale. Aroma very dead. With the maltiness comes the hop bitterness which is the only attribute of the hop displayed. Harsher bitterness. I'd like to see more life to it. Some personality in the aroma. Gosh darn it this is an APA! Instead it smells like its been brewed in a sink. Tastualy(it's a word) I'd like to see there be a friendship between hops and malts with the hops being the better friend and a more pleasant bitterness. It was cold and I have wanted to try them my last couple visits to cocoa. But this local doesn't come close to what's available from cigar city or sweetwater or terrapin or etc etc etc so it's time to deliver if support is desired. I think they can do it. And maybe a slight redo on the labels. But start with the beer. We want you to nail this! I'll see u next year and desire improvement!

Bomber from Dchmela! Thanks man! This is a tasty beer! Nice hazy golden pour with one of the best fluffy heads that I have seen in a long time. Lots of crisp hoppy flavor and very refeshing! Clean palet and well balanced.
