Cedar Creek has chosen to go with Apollo and bravo hops for their pale ales and lawnmower beers. An excellent choice in my mind. I hate overhopped brews, and this one is overhopped and I like it. Cavie (4725) - Arlington, Texas, USA - JAN 18, 2014
Tap at the pub. Pours a very clear light orange color. White head. Aroma is big fresh hops and grain. Sweet notes. Flavor is also fairly hoppy, dry leaves, grain with a light bitter finish. Good!

Surprised by the low ratings here. The labels are terrible but the beer it’s surprisingly good. Pours dark golden. Smell is fruity, fragrant hoppy and inviting. Taste is creamy, fruity hoppy, restrained bitterness. Smooth, creamy body. Very drinkable. Nice Art (3217) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 23, 2014
Pounder can thanks to fiveacestx. Pours a clear golden orange with a full white head. Aroma of slight pine and grapefruit. Faint aroma though. Taste is fairly balanced but on the bitter side. Fairly clean finish. Carbonation and mouthfeel are both medium. Pretty enjoyable. Not sure why there are a bunch of poor reviews. Modularman (133) - - JUL 18, 2014
Smell of light fruit, appearance is copper gold with white head, taste is light fruity hop with slight bitter finish. Went in with low expectations but a really nice refreshing beer

16 ounce can pour. Nice citrus and pine taste. Not too bitter. Would definitely get again. BigHoss (171) - Fort Worth, Texas, USA - JUL 14, 2013
From a 160/z can, poured a golden orange with a small to medium off white head. I smell hops, citrus and fresh cut grass. I taste all of the same with a nice grapefruit finish. It’s a very balance pale ale, not overpowering and it’s very good. Beerenberger (1605) - Fischer, Texas, USA - AUG 7, 2013
Aroma of grapefruit, grass, and citrus. Pours a hazy orange amber with a robust mostly lasting off- white head and spotty lacing. The taste is grapefruit, floral, with hints of pear and citrus. All followed by a welcomed moderately bitter finish. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, it’s 103 degrees here today and this brew is just what the doctor ordered. Refreshing but also very tastey . Well done Cedar Creek. ben4321 (6547) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - AUG 12, 2013

Aroma: The nose is light and hoppy, grassy, with some herbal notes, and some doughy malt
Appearance: Pours a clear orange color with a small, fizzy white head and some streaky lace
Flavor: The taste is light-mid sweet, malty and a little grassy, with a light-mid bitter finish
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a tingly carbonation, a clean feel, and a lightly dry finish
Overall, this is a drinkable pale. It would have been a pretty good session if it wasn’t for the carbonation, but even though it is a little overly carbonated it is still very drinkable. Another tasty craft can.
Can: Poured a clear orange white. Aroma is hops and surfer. Taste nice piney hops.
