Bottle thanks to Mourty: Poured a yellow with little to no head. Aroma is sweet honey and grapes. At first I expected to be overwhelmed by grapes, but it was nice sweet fruit blend of grapes and honey. My first sweet mead and I enjoyed it as well did my tongue.
750ml bottle. Clear yellow and still. Aroma of floral honey, white wine and oak. Flavor is semi-sweet honey with some acidity and light tanic oak characters. Medium body, still and a long finish. Nice semi-sweet mead, the flavors blend well and it’s very drinkable.
