Had at Chumleys in Broadripple, IN on a perfect day for this style of beer. Pillowy white head that hangs on the glass. The spice sediment hangs around in this thick brew. Corriander and orange are the dominant flavors and are supported by banana, pear, apple and cream. Delicious and recommended.
To be honest, I wasn’t very impressed with this beer. The typical witbier aromas and flavors were present but not pronounced and it was too carbonated. Fairly forgettable............I’d rather just have Hoegaarden. nathanvc (507) - Brugge, BELGIUM - JUN 20, 2017
At ’t Oud Clooster, Ghent. Pours clear pale yellow with a lasting, foamy, white head. The aroma contains wheat, yeast, banana, spices and citrus. It tastes light sweet, light sour and light spicy bitter. Medium to light body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Not overwhelming in any aspect, but nice enough and quenching. Smooth fresh mild beginning. Lots of fresh herbs with apricots. Great fresh and highly drinkable, lots of yeasty smooth herbs. Great fresh dry fruity aftertaste. Great Wit!! PeatyPete (1057) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 2, 2017

Draught at Brālis alus krogs, Rīga. Witbier yellow, cloudy. You know what you’re getting. Small white head which leaves a surprising amount of lacing. Ground coriander and mothballs dominate the artificial but not altogether unpleasant aroma. Sweet taste with a lemony posset note. Just that little bit sickly to make 500ml hard going. Medium to long sour/sweet finish. More stale spice cupboard coriander with lemon curd. This is a no from me.
