Keg at Mikkeller, Vik. It pours jet black with a tiny tan head. The aroma is rich, sweet, sticky, chewy, rich roast, bourbon, chocolate, maltesers, toffee, coffee and dries dried fruit. The is rich, slick, rich roasted, crazy sweet, chocolate cake vibe, toffee, sweet bourbon, vanilla, coffee beans, chewy, oak, dried fruits, plum, date and toasty action with a firmly sweet finish. Fulsome body, fine carbonation and chewy, oily mouth - feel. Pretty tasty for a small pour, but it is rather sweet!

Possibly the tastiest stout that ever was! The vanilla and vocal blend in this beverage is out of this world!

[email protected] Vik, Copenhagen - black pour with tan head. Very sweet malty aroma and taste, only a hint of roast, chocolate, caramel, dark dried fruit, bourbon soaked wooden notes, lovely vanilla nuances into the close. Sweet but this works for me, gorgeous.

On tap @ Cellarmaker. Black in color with a tan head. Smells like bourbon, graham cracker, vanilla, and chocolate milk. This is really nice. Plenty of dark fruits, fudge, and vanilla. Definitely on the sweet side, so you have to like that. Get a nice fruity quality here as it sits. Lots of plum, raisin, fig, and black cherry. Really solid.

The beer is black, wall to wall. Smallish light brown head. Some lacing. The aroma is big on vanilla and chocolate. Fairly fudgey. Hints of fruity sweetness. Very light roast. Taste is sweet with more of the fruit flavor. Lots of vanilla. Pretty good bit of milk chocolate. Round feel, not terribly thick. Good beer.

Draft sampled at CBC Boston 2016 with Andrew and Brendan. Pours a deep black body with thin lacing. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with notes of super sweet chocolate dominating the palate; residual flavors of vanilla bean and bourbon sweetness in the back end.
