3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
[Tap] Pours a cloudy honey color with a dense nitro-looking white head. Sweet citrus, apricot, perfume and a crisp hoppiness in the nose. Cereal grains, citrus fruits, some pine, grassy hops and mild wheat in the flavor profile. Smooth and very clean. Another great beer by this brewery.
Draft. Hazy golden beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit and light wheat flavor with light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Grapefruit and light wheat linger with malt and summer fruit. alexsdad06 (10378) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - SEP 13, 2014
Draft at Cellarmaker in June. Pours a hazy yellow golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have pale wheat malts, citrus, orange, some pine, light bodied, finishes a touch soft but this would work for a summer beer. slowrunner77 (12037) - Reno, Nevada, USA - AUG 16, 2014
Another fantastic session ale (seems to be their forte). Hoppy indeed at only 1 ibus. Super fruity boquet of tropical fruit alongside lemon zest and citrus Homer321 (5070) - Melboring, Florida, USA - JUL 17, 2014
Draft at CM. aroma is strong citrus with just a hint if something that reminds me of cucumber. Moderate dank factor too. Taste is very fruity with a lemon/citrus factor. Pretty tastey. Gets a bit grainy as it warms.

On tap at Cellarmaker. It pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. The aroma is citrusy with a little pine and florals. The flavor has intense citrus, spice and piney hops. The wheat adds to the crispness of the body behind the hops flavors. Great session beer. popery (2170) - San Francisco, California, USA - JUN 20, 2014
Pours a pale yellow with just a little orange to it. It’s very cloudy. Just a mass of solid color. Big white head, lots of lacing. Fine foam. Smells of sweet hop flavors. Honeysuckle, sweet tangerines, sweet pineapple, sweet pine. Maybe a touch of wheat spice but I’m probably imagining it. Candied lemon peel. Some lime is coming out as it warms. It’s quite dry. More lime on the palate. Good hop flavor otherwise. Light bitterness. Clean. A little bit of wheat spice but this is squarely within Cellarmaker’s normal range. Little to no malt sweetness. Light feel. Effervescent. Solid light, mild, hoppy beer. I like Daphne a bit more but this is a fine replacement, if that’s the intention. It’s easy to drink and quite refreshing.
