Shared for Gus and Aaron’s birthday share with the namesakes, Dan, Ellen, and ebone1988. 375 mL bottle. The pour is a brighter golden yellow with a big time head and a good bit of lace as it falls down. The aroma is really Belgiany and yeasty there that I’m not too crazy about. This is malty and yeasty. The flavor is nice. There is a big time yeast and maltiness about this with a hint of clove and a decent funk on the back end. The mouth feel is lighter and clean with a heavy and bright carbonation and a lingeringly funky and clovey kind of finish. This is really interesting but a nice light palate cleanser. 6 4 5 4 13

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a medium sized white head. Soft musk on the nose, a bit of fruit and wheat, a touch of sweetness and grain. Slow and crisp. Medium bodied, gently sweet with light floral malt, toast and a bit of crisp grain. Slow citrus, a touch of wheat. Slow wheat and musk into the finish, light and easy. Nice musk components.

On tap at Cellarmaker, pours an opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, biscuity malt and some floral notes. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of Belgian yeast, crisp crackery malt and some light esters. Crisp and rather authentic, with not too much sweetness. Good stuff.

On tap at Cellarmaker. Bready and yeasty aroma, pours a hazy golden. Mild carbonation. Heavy yeast flavor throughout and finishes Bready and fermented yet still maintains an estery lightness. Solid Belgian Blonde, would be great for summer.
