COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You don’t need a big burly ABV to rock. This mini IPA is packed with heavy - heanded doses of Amarillo, Galaxy & Simcoe hops. We also mashed in with 25% rye for underlying spiciness that balances the hops nicely. We promise you that intensity of flavor was not compromised in making of this low ABV IPA.

The beer is a pale yellow tan color. Clouded through. Thick white head. Lots of lacing. Big tropical citrus hop aroma. Pineapple, tangerine, mango, papaya. Pretty solid rye note in there. Light to moderate bitterness. Fairly dry. Lots of hop flavor comes through. Light feel. Fairly soft. A little bit of chalkiness. Very enjoyable. CellarMaker has been absolutely knocking these cloudy hoppy beers out of the park.
