Growler from Jason. THANK YOU! Honestly I had never heard of Cellar Maker so my expectations were non existent. I had no idea what I was in for. Poured into a snifter with Dan. Golden yellow-orange pour with a foamy, soapy looking half-finger head. The aroma was powerful with the simcoe and galaxy hops. Pine, resin, serious citrus and a hint of malts. Also some hay, bread, grass. Very pleasant aroma. The taste was just as good with the hops bursting flavors of citrus, pine and fresh grass. It was so well balanced with the malts. Flawless. The hops were so present, but not overdone. Finish was fresh, slightly bitter, and crisp. I HIGHLY recommend this beer.
On tap @ Caps & Taps. Clear golden beer with a white head. Insanely tropical beer. Tons of pineapple, mango, and some papaya. Big time grapefruit juice and orange juice as well. Has some subtle bready qualities and a pretty mild bitterness. This is pretty much straight juicy items and tropical fruits. A winner from Cellarmaker. bb (9789) - Alamo, California, USA - JAN 7, 2017
Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Tropical and grapefruit aroma. Tropical and light grapefruit flavor. Medium bodied. Decent bitterness. Tropical fruit and light grapefruit lingers with light summer fruit. Marheb (6238) - Montréal, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 7, 2016
