Tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is a strong tropical fruit, citrus, grassy, some flowers, mango, passion fruit, peach. Body is medium and rather sweet, lively to crisp carbonation, bitterness pales over all the fruit and sweetness. Sweet palate, still fruity. Quite powerful for an APA, and too sweet. Only a little, still highly enjoyable.

From notes. Enjoyed at Corbet’s house during a tasting on October 24. 22 oz bottle. The pour is a clear-ish golden yellow with a thick white head of foam that slowly recedes, leaving a good lace. The aroma is full of dank hops. There is a bitter citrus, a light piney resin, a light tropical fruit, and a leafy hop on the back end. This is pretty good, but I would like less dank and more citrus (against the name, I know). The flavor is much of the same. Bitter dank resin, light fruitiness, a hint of malt, a bitter citrus zest, and a finish of floral and leafy hops. The mouth feel is light and crisp with a good carbonation and a lingeringly dank and floral hop on the way out. This is very crushable.
