Netter und recht trinkbarer Bock ohne viel Muff, dafr mit ein wenig Karamell, Nuss und etwas Malz im Hintergrund. Kein Klassiker, aber vollkommen in Ordnung mit leichter Sffigkeit.

Grima (2230) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - JAN 18, 2015
Bottle from Bierzwerg!
Pours clear amber colored with flat white head. Smell has grain, caramel and some candy sugar. Starts very sweet with lots of brown sugar, caramel and some sweetish grains. Middle part is also very sugary sweet, grainy with some nice roasted malts. Goes into a well balanced malty-sweet and hoppy bitter finish with a slight alcoholic touch.

The beer starts malty-fresh, slightly bitter, nice malty, fresh. malt-candy-sweetish, nice-smooth, a bit too sweetish but nice.

BeerViking (4395) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2013
Flip-top bottle, pours light mahogany with a thin white head, the nose brings caramel, a touch of toasted nut, and maybe a hint of apple. The body is sweet-dry with a good alcohol bite, toasted bread and some caramel. Along with caramel-toffee, a disconcerting vegetal, almost gin-like bitterness emerges in the finish.
