Grumpelmies (290) - North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - APR 1, 2017
Bottle. Dark red. Quick fading head. Aroma of roasted malts and some hops in the background. Taste is malts, caramell, faint hops and a slightly sour aftertaste. Medium carbonation. Metallic and watery. Not bad but there are way better Dunkels out there.

Buegelverschlußflasche(from the Bodam-Lake ;-)!): A bit hazy, chestnut-amber coloured, stable mid-sized off-white head; metallic traces in the caramelly-grainy nose, a very delicate dash of hops as well;mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied; light and dry caramelly and bitter finish. Not very good…

Gangstergafje (945) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - JUL 29, 2015
The beer flew trough the air like a fountain after opening the bottle, what a waste. The beer was quite warm, due to refrigerator malfunction. The beer has a dark amber color, almost brown. The thick layer of rough almond colored foam disappears quickly. The beer smells a little bit metaly. The beer has a little hoppy smell, which gives a tiny citrusy flavor. The smell is not that strong, but quite pleasant. The taste is nice. There is a decent amount of bitterness. The beer has a tiny roasted barley flavor, very nice. There is also a hoppy flavor, which causes a refreshing sensation. The beer is very nice, unfortunately it was not refrigerated.

Erzengel (8447) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 17, 2015
The beer starts smooth and malty. Not too dry, but fresh and malty. slightly sweetish, not much roast, no bitterness. Not seep. The aftertaste is smooth, fresh, not too intense. A bit sad.

Quack-Duck (9369) - Down South, GERMANY - JAN 17, 2015
bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear deep red-brown colour, off-white head. Malty start with some dry roasty flavours, shy hints of dusty-grassy hops. Not as dry as a Schwarzbier - some quite nice dark malty flavours ere there.

TaxiDriver (1775) - Stadland, GERMANY - OCT 21, 2011
Bottle. A very malty smell, some chocolate, light touch of bread. The small white head has a short duration, the body is dark red to brown. A nice taste of roasted malt, chocolate, a quite bitter finish. The body is light to medium strong, creamy and a little bit dry in the finish with a soft carbonation.
