Beerhunter111 (22214) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAY 9, 2017
33cl swing top bottle. Pours clear bright golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of grainy dry malt, hay, cereals. Taste of grainy malt, cereals, straw, average...

MoritzF (10068) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - APR 11, 2017
(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and medium-sized frothy head. Grainy pale malty aroma with traces of honey and a tinge of floral and delicately spicy, woody hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Grainy malt character with a mildly flowery and spicy hop bite; moderately dry and mildly hop bitter finish. Decent Pils. 10.VI.15

NallePalle (683) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - JUL 4, 2016
Draught @ Argentinischen Steakhouse, Celle. Refreshing, but overall a bit dull.

2.8
pivnizub (10766) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - AUG 31, 2015
Bügelverschlußflasche(Dank am Bodensee!): Golden, a bit unclear, quite stable loose white head; sweetish-bitter grainy nose with a slight metallic tinge; mild sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied and quite soft, light to medium bodied; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish with molecular traces of aromatic hops. Not too bad…

Erzengel (9338) - Wuppertal, GERMANY - JAN 17, 2015
Smooth and fresh beginning. Grainy with a neutral bitterness, malty sweetness. The sweetness is more intense than the bitterness, a bit unround, more bitter in the aftertaste, a bit dusty.

WillemsUrenkel (1979) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - JAN 17, 2015
0,5 l bottle, trade with Kristall-König. Thanx a lot! Pale golden and clear in the glass, mighty white head. Low hop and grain on the nose. Starts with a mid hop bitterness, followed by a more grainy part. Litte sweetness in the background. Standard Pilsener with northern german influences. It´s okay.

3.2
Quack-Duck (9487) - Down South, GERMANY - JAN 17, 2015
bottle from Bierzwerg. Clear pale yellow with a tall and persistant white head. Grassy hoppy nose. Leight and elegant malty base, grassy-resiny hops with a touch of hay. Well balanced example of the style.

Kristall-König (2820) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - JAN 17, 2015
Geruch etwas säuerlich, schwach grasig, herb. Süßlich, grasiger beginn. Anschließend herb, trockne, grasig. Abgang süßlich, Trockenfrüchte, Aprikose, bitter nachhallend. Schmeckt wesentlich besser als es riecht.

3.2
circinus (325) - SWEDEN - NOV 1, 2014
Bottle 33 cl from Germany. Clear straw coloured with a nice white head. Grassy, citrus, light bread, some bread, some bitterness, honey. Light/medium body, medium carbonation, lightly bitter finish. Refreshing.

2.9
Jonb5 (559) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2012
Pale colour, 1 finger head, decent retention, clear. Typical fresh noble hop aroma, very north German. Tasted slightly bitter sweet, hint of mushroom. Seemed to get more and more bitter almost to the point of being unbalanced, finish was long and bitter. Slightly coarse, body slightly thin, well carbonated. Was disappointed that a small brewery choose to make an identikit German Pils, well enough made but a bit boring.
