UPDATED: APR 7, 2014 Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; clear light copper pour with frothy white head, pine hop aroma, caramel taste with a hint of bread pine hop and a hint of citrus. davidm (2081) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - NOV 16, 2013
Bottle from my wife. Aromas of bread, hint of caramel. Taste is sweet, with light sour notes. Long flavour. leebotton (406) - Bristol, Somerset, ENGLAND - NOV 15, 2013
Subtle honey aroma, slightly floral. Light to medium Brown colour. Complex tart flavours with some fruitiness and lingering citrus. Somewhat heavy for its colour, which was lighter than expected. kdm1984 (814) - Missouri, USA - NOV 12, 2013
Cross between an English IPA and an English Strong. Cloudy light orange appearance. Aroma more malt-forward than citrus or grapefruit. Bitterness does not start to hit until later sips, and it is somewhat more potent to start than in the finish. Somewhat creamy mouthfeel. Balanced brew with some complexity. Will not wow American hop-heads, however. FatPhil (17151) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - NOV 1, 2013

Lovely English hop aroma, really citrussy like a very fresh EKG or Fuggles, at flame-out ot later. Not lacking in pleasant sweet malts though, a good balance. Lovely in the mouth, gentle bitterness, pleasant carbonation, pleasantly full biscuity malty sweetness, smooth, and succulent. Lovely ESB taste, perfect balance, lacking nothing. So easy to drink, and really makes you want another. In some ways there’s a bit of Fullers 1845 in it, but this is hoppier. I think I might have a few more of these, and see whether I can persuade myself to bump up one of the scores, as 3.7 seems a bit of an underrate, this is an *excellent* strong bitter.
A great IPA. Gorgeous hoppy and grapefruit aromas. Pours golden and bubbly with a lasting white head. Tastes pretty bitter but with a touch of sweetness that balances perfectly. A nice smooth palate a light bodied beer. Very drinkable! TimsRatings (421) - - OCT 2, 2013
From 0.5l bottle.
Poured a cloudy amber with two finger head. Mild fruity aroma. A slight sharpness to the fruitiness on the taste.
Not too shabby.

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a soft white head. Smell is diacetyl, herbs, pine, grass. Flavor is interesting. It starts with a slight smokey scotch flavor, it then melds into a mineraly, dry, piney flavor. A medium bitterness and subtle smokiness lingers on the palate. Interesting flavor combo, the bitterness makes htis beer worth it. Also its organic. thirstyrabbit (1851) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - SEP 14, 2013
Bottle. Nice design. Deep golden body with a beautiful rocky head. Aroma has piney hops. Nice and rich mouthfeel with big bitterness (approaching IPA territoty). Finish is also quite malty and rich with grapefruity hops. Nice but it’s more like an IPA, really. k0mpsa (3114) - Tuusula, FINLAND - SEP 11, 2013
