Flavoursome strong pale ale, full of grapefruit aromas.
This commanding IPA-style beer is golden in colour, with a wave of hop aromas leading to a balance of bitterness and sweetness in the flavour, plus a lasting grapefruit finish. Hops used: Chinook, Citra, Magnum, Nelson Sauvin

500ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a soft white head. Smell is diacetyl, herbs, pine, grass. Flavor is interesting. It starts with a slight smokey scotch flavor, it then melds into a mineraly, dry, piney flavor. A medium bitterness and subtle smokiness lingers on the palate. Interesting flavor combo, the bitterness makes htis beer worth it. Also its organic.

Bottle. Nice design. Deep golden body with a beautiful rocky head. Aroma has piney hops. Nice and rich mouthfeel with big bitterness (approaching IPA territoty). Finish is also quite malty and rich with grapefruity hops. Nice but its more like an IPA, really.

BB 27.04.2014. Poured a cloudy/hazy golden honey amber colour with a thin white bubbly head that laced poorly. Very low carbonation as seen by a few fine bubbles forming poorly defined trails. Aroma of malt with a hint of citrus/lemon. Taste has plenty of bitterness from start to finish. Light body. Smooth mouthfeel but a lot of bitterness. Not that nice of a beer.

Szp srga de nem teljesen tiszta. Habja vilgossrga teljesen soha nem tűnik el. Illata fs, furmintos, citrusos s szraz.

Clean amber color, medium white head. Aroma of malt, citrus, pine , toffee, hops and some floral notes. Heavy bitter taste of piny hops, malt, caramel and orange. Nice hoppy beer.

Clear gold, white head, medium white head. Nose has a fair amount of malts, some caramel/toffee hints, (grape)fruity tones. Taste is bready malts, some sweet hints, finish is pretty bitter and hayish-grapefruity-hoppy. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium body, oily palate, smooth carbonation.

Bottle 50cl, a clear pale amber beer with good head, retention and lacing. Nose is very fruity on resin, grapefruit, orange and grass. Aroma is very sweet on caramel and orange notes with intense bitterness, this strong bitterness has a very long duration. Nothing exceptional for 9 the bottle.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2016 From Genes. Although the cask version is 7.6% this being only 5.6% isnt this just an ESB? Much bigger hops than the Bronze. Citrusy hops for a UK brew. Decent stuff, I think I preferred the bronze through. Serving: Bottle

Bottle. Pours a hazy light orange-amber color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is surprisingly filled with citrus notes to it, which made it quite inviting. Taste is actually a bit chalky and bitter, with an almost burnt aftertaste to it. Odd and not all that pleasant.
