Pours hazy amber with generous head that lingers. Citrus aromas, grapefruit with some sweet malt coming through. Palate is thicker than the pour suggests. Nice lemon rind bitterness in the taste with a touch of sugar. Surprisingly rich overall considering the lowish alcohol content. You could knock a few of these back (and you’d want to) Good work from this brewer. woodychevy (874) - - MAR 13, 2014
Found a bottle at Bert’s at Folly Beach. Nice to switch it up from the American PA every once in awhile. Pours a hazy orange with a nose of citrus- grapefruit specifically. Mouthfeel is fizzy- higher carbonation that I like. Almost reminds me of a cider. Has a hint of that cloying malty sweetness but is rescued by the hops. Different flavors than this side of the ocean, with something tasting just a bit "off" to me. Can’t quite place the flavour. Overall refreshing and easygoing and a bit on the sweet side - not bad.

Relatively strong fruity aroma, but not as strong as other celt ales. Strong bitter taste, with a lasting citrus hops taste. Full mouth feel. Generally a refreshing ale without too much fuss. allmyvinyl (11172) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JAN 24, 2014
500ml bottle from somewhere online, I forget, it’s been a long day. Clear golden orange pour, big white head, high carbonation keeps it there. bit too fizzy actually. Orange, apricot and cream on the nose. Light caramel sweet and good hop bitter taste. Quite rich for such a (relatively) low ABV. Sweet finish. OK. atlrizzob (225) - Aiken, South Carolina, USA - JAN 24, 2014
Pour is a hazy golden amber. Aroma of apple juice with a slight
hop note. Very bitter taste with hops, citrus, and a hint of grapefruit.

.5L bottle, BB dated Nov. 2014 and USDA certified organic, served in a Belgian snifter. Label suggests and English Pale Ale.
Pours hazy, light honey in color, with a thin but partly durable bone-colored head.
Both the aroma and flavor are unusual.
The slightly pungent aroma has clear and quite distinct contributions from sweet malts with light grains as well as herbal/fruity hops. In tasting, the hops are stronger and more earthy than suggested by the nose. They build quickly to a moderately strong level, then magically diminish, soon leaving a rather mildly bitter and hoppy aftertaste with some underlying bisquit.
Feel: medium-thin body; medium carbonation Cletus (6368) - Connecticut, USA - JAN 14, 2014
Pours amber with a white head. Smells breaddy and earthy. Tastes of some breaddy hints, floral, grassy with some slight earthiness on the finish.
