Bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours hazy dark golden/amber with a small creamy white head. Aroma of dark caramel, spice and malt. Taste is light sweet caramel, spicy elements, weak dry bitter grapefruity finish.

Golden orange, medium white head, nice lacing. Nose is toasty malt, oranges, fruit, wood notes, caramel. Flavor is toasty malt, toffee, oranges, fruity-citric notes and a decent bitterness in the finish. Smooth mouthfeel, good balance. Nice.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity, pale wood. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, resin, orange, wood, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
