Cask, Slug and Lettuce, Leicester. Hazy gold with a bubbly foam. Aromas are brown sugar and pineapple with earthy ripe pear skin and some woody pine. Low caramel with toast and apple. Quite spicy with traces of coriander. Flavours are fruity with autumnal ripe apple and pear. Quite sticky fruit with caramel and toffee malts. Spicy and peppery with warming alcohol and a bitter lemon, herbal finish. Malty yet fresh and spicy.
