Quack-Duck's rating

   AROMA 7/10   APPEARANCE 3/5   TASTE 7/10   PALATE 3/5   OVERALL 12/20
Quack-Duck (9490) - Down South, - MAY 9, 2013
bottle from saveur-biere. Hazy deep golden colour, large white head. Fruity-spicy nose. Medium-bodied, malty base with hints of fruit, yeasty flavours and some spicy aromatic and bitter hops.

TBone (18099) - Pori, FINLAND - DEC 12, 2016
Bottled 330ml (Saveur)
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has banana and rubber bands. Light-bodied. Flavor is similar: light banana sweet notes, rubber bands, a bit of spiceyness. Feels more like a wheat ale than a golden ale. Simple.

Martinus (4692) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - FEB 3, 2015
Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, twigs, light straw. Sweet malty flavour, light raisins, light green twigs. Finish straw and twigs. Feels bit old, BBF 18-07-´15
(from 33cL bottle @ home)

maeib (8751) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 26, 2014
Bottled 09/08/14. A blonde beer with no head. A fusty French golden. Yeasty. Hops are ok but there’s a weird rubberiness. Getting orange flavours later. Decent enough.

Beertobealive (576) - Courbevoie, FRANCE - AUG 20, 2014
Foamy white head with light hops. Hazy and light yellow colored body. Lots of sediments. Bitter in taste with light hops and malts.

vipinvelp (4512) - Velp, NETHERLANDS - JUL 5, 2014
Somewhat opaque golden orange with white lacing foam head. Aroma is strong barley dominated. Taste likewise, some hay notes. Short lasting aftertaste. (Isigny-sur-Mer 201407) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Serapac (540) - CZECH REPUBLIC - MAY 31, 2014
Bottle, Brasserie au bilange, Saumur. Pours yellow orange with a large whitte disappearing head. Aroma malt, citruses, light body, taste malts. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - FEB 24, 2013
Hazy orange body with stable white head. Oranges, rough yet present pilsner malts, grassy hops and a hint of lime. Not too bad actually. Light yeast taste, pilsner yet rich. Better than expected. Light bitter, big bubbles. Harsh ending, unfortunately. For what it is, not bad at all. (33cl bottle from Auchan in Tours)

4thAgeChris (66) - Miami, Florida, USA - FEB 9, 2013
Citrus, sugar, hint of bread. Clear, unfiltered. Ultimately pretty bland. A step up from any of the american macros.

dEnk (4200) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - FEB 2, 2011
Bottle. Aroma is fruit, yeast and hops. Flavour is old malt, dusty, some fruit. Seems old, but bbd is 2012. Okay I guess.
