Can. Buttery toffee malt and straw aroma. Amber with large light tan head. Sweet light butterscotch toffee malt and lightly bitter herbal hay flavor. Patrickctenchi (6732) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - MAY 4, 2015
Slightly hazy orange-amber with a frothy, off-white head.
Caramel, roasty nut scent.
Taste is grain, caramel malt, nuts....
A bit different for the style, but pretty pleasant.

Very nice red. Quite smooth. Easy drinking just like their claim. I found it went very well with a grilled burger. ajnepple (7104) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 30, 2014
12 oz can from Tipsy’s. Orange-amber and clear appearance with a small white head. Aroma of toffee, caramel, chocolate, bready malts and toasted grains. Similar flavor, sweet and malty with minimal hop bitterness. Medium body with a sticky, syrupy feel and a sweet finish. Not bad, just one-dimensional, a bit unbalanced and not too easy to drink. On tap at Colorado Plus poured a clear reddish amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of caramel, light earthiness and light fruitiness. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp. Flavors of caramel and earthiness with a crisp lingering caramel finish.

Doesn’t look like a red. Doesn’t taste like a red. Tastes like an average amber but less sweet. I use a can to make risotto and it was tastey. onceblind (10611) - Denver, Colorado, USA - NOV 30, 2013
Clear amber with a thin foamy beige head. The nose is nutty and caramelly with a wee grassy touch. Taste is smooth and medium-light with a nutty caramel malt tone, mild earthiness, and very little hop character, though overall remains lightly sweet with a touch of dryness on the finish. A bit like an un-hopped Fat Tire.
