This might be among the best tasting lager I’ve ever had... and then I poured it in a glass and was shocked it was so plain looking. There’s not much smell to speak of, and the colour is plaing sad. Nice head and lacing, this loks like regular macro brew lager but it tastes amazing! I had to bring it home from BC cuz I can’t get it in AB.

Can into a Sam Adams pint glass Pours a very light yellow with a one-finger head which settles to a film quickly. Lacing is nice for a lager, forming white rings as you sip. Nose is yeast, lemon, perfume, and hay. Taste is subdued - grassy and touch of lemon with some sweet bisuit. Mouthfeel is very light but with good carbonation. Somewhat dry at the finish. I admit this is not a favorite style of mine but this would clearly be a good gateway beer for someone who is into macros. I will pass.

Light yeast aroma with some grains. Very light yellow color with a large white head. Lightly dour with a mild cardboard taste that strengthens in the finish.

From a can that made its way from BC to PA. Big foamy head on a very lite pour. There is a fair amount of corn sweetness in this pretty standard lager. Not bad tho - better than most lagers.

12oz. Can: Aroma of grain, cat pee, corn, and some Hellertau hops. Poured pale yellow in color with a small, white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Clear. Sparkling. Looks thin and Macro. Flavor is slightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of corn, Hellertau hops, plastic, and something rancid. Light body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Corn, hops, and vegetal finish is quite bad.

Blonde yellow pour light white head light lacing aroma of grains and sweet malts .... taste of sweet malts and a little funk thats supposed to be hops .... an easy drinker but not very good at all ... stick to their IPA that seems to be the bread winner for them

DocLock (10706) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 21, 2010
Can from Capone’s. Pours as light a pale gold as I’ve ever seen this side of a sake, wth 2-finger white head. Nose is grainy hopcitrus, and the flavor is hard to find, some mild hopcit and pale malt, and very watery. Forgettable.

mcberko (17854) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 27, 2010
330mL can, pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma is very typical of a macro-lager - rice and grass. Flavour is very weak - grass, wheat and rice. Worst of Central City.

Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - APR 11, 2010
Slight hazy, very pale yellow with a thin white head. A kind of fruity aroma, little wheat hints. Nice texture. Flavour is weak and lacks body. rich honey, reminds me of a cereal. Nice bitter finish.

TipsyMcStager (1139) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - MAR 21, 2010
malty, grassy aroma. Horrible appearance, practically no colour at all, just a very pale yellow. Not much too it really....typical lager. Why would you drink this if you could drink their IPA?
