This is a great basic pale ale! Nose is tropical fruit with some pine. Arômes are médium fruity, some biscuit, lots of pine. Tastes are light sweet and medium to heavy bitter. Long lasting dry aftertaste. Body is light-medium with lively carbonation. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 25, 2013
355 ml can in a mixed pack from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass. barncatmatt (2287) - Cambridge, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 25, 2013
App.: Clear deep golden with a fair white head.
Aroma: Rich tropical fruits, citrus, light resin/pine notes, a little dusty, decent biscuity/caramel malt support, quite nice.
Palate: Medium body, sparse yet prickly effervescence.
Flav.: Citrus, fruity hops, biscuit, bread crust, a little pine/resin, nice; dry with good bitterness and a pleasant, lightly fruity hop finish.
Another nice beer from Central City!
355ml can from the red racer summer mixed pack purchased at the LCBO. deep golden with a lasting off white head. nice hoppy nose with firm malt structure supporting. the flavour is lacking punch but is well constructed and balanced. nice session pale ale. Pours golden with good white head. Aroma and taste are of citrus, fruits, flowers, malt. Palate: light body. Overall: Good. A bit ligth. tom10101 (6227) - Quebec, CANADA - MAY 9, 2013
UPDATED: MAY 10, 2013 Can (355 ml). From Graham, thanks! Amber/orange with a medium mostly lasting white head and heavy lacing. Aroma is mainly of citrus and tropical fruits along with caramel, slight pine and a subtle but a bit disturbing vegetable presence... still interesting though. Taste is slightly sweet with citrus, caramel and slight pine, the vegetable presence is less substle here and the hop flavor fade quickly. Slight to moderate bitterness. Light to medium body (ok for the style). Slightly dry mouthfeel. Sticky. Average to good Pale Ale, easily drinkable.

Can. Well poop. I thought I had the IPA, not the PA. Pours clear amber with a humongous off-white creamy head that slowly dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is caramel, cigarette butts, pine. Flavor is the same, medium sweet with a light bitterness. Notes of grass and metal as well. Medium body. Hanuta06 (477) - Washington, USA - MAR 14, 2013
Serving: from can--purchased at Full Throttle Bottles.
Aroma: lightly perfumy hoppy and somewhat metallic.
Appearance: huge, rocky, off-white, initial head with excellent lacing and fully lasting longevity. Hazy, light-amber body.
Taste: lightly sweet, citrusy initial flavor and lightly bitter finish with average duration
Palate: light bodied with watery texture and soft carbonation.
Overall: very good. I’d be happy to drink this again. AGAquino (667) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 26, 2013
from notes at Cask Days 2011. Nice cloudy ochre colour w. very slight foamy head. Aroma is noticeable sweet and piney hop bitters. Flavours are sweet and hoppy. Citra resiny bitters stand out. Nice balanced lingering aftertaste. WheatKing (1338) - Phnom Penh, CAMBODIA - NOV 7, 2012
Massively carbonated in the cans we’ve had. Hops are citrus/carrot. I’ve never seen carrot listed as a hop characteristic, but seriously when you make an orange/carrot juice with your juicer it tastes like this. Maybe If I drink enough of this I’ll get Jay Kordich eyebrows. Malt is a bit heavier than expected, without many "ringing" qualities, where the hops and malt echo back and forth in the good APAs. Finish is tangerine.
Good, but their ESB and IPA are so awesome that perhaps my expectations were too high.
