Rating #2252 - 2015.12.14 - Bottle #14 in the 2015 P49/Central City Craft Crossing Clear golden amber pour with a weak, white head that bubbles away to a ring. Aroma is strong with citrus overtones, grapefruit, lemon zest, toasted malt. Taste is more of the same, an earthy hop bitterness and a toasty, toffee malt dominating the flavour, with a hint of grapefruit sweetness. Finish is dry, but balanced and satisfying. Delicious.

UPDATED: OCT 30, 2016 Aroma- pine, grapefruit, herbal hops. Appearance- pours a copper colour with a finger of foam that recedes into a thin ring, nice thick lacing. Taste- grapefruit rind, pine, black tea, carmel malt. Palate- medium bodied, average carbonation, nice lingering bitterness. Overall- a damn good IPA that is worth every penny.

Draft. Bronze in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of classic New World IPA: pine sap, orange, and black pepper. Flavors are of juicy orange, pink grapefruit, and grainy pale malt.. Dark spice, conifer, and menthol notes in the background. Not overly sweet with a somewhat leafy bitterness. Just ok for my taste buds.

I love it enough to come back from untappd for a rating. So this is where they put the hops!

On tap at Central City Pub. Pours a clear caramel with a white head. Aroma is intense and hoppy with tropical fruits and flower notes. Taste is hoppy bitterness with flowers and tropical fruits notes. Bitter hoppy aftertaste with roasted malt notes. Good stuff.

VertBaconStrips (2428) - Blerkablerka, VENEZUELA - FEB 24, 2016
Well this is different. Tastes dirty. On tap at revo. Mild spice that made me cough, more malty than anything... I think. Its basically deep malt, spice and some bitterness. A bit bready. What ever is going on I’m not all that impressed. Last sip caused a bit of a stir but too little too late.

Golden-bronze, thin head. Has a fairly rich bitterness, and a nice floral, citrusy character. And a nice biscuity malt character.
