Sample pour at the brewery. Aroma is slightly tart, with notes of lemon, poppy seeds, wet rag. Hmm. Pours hazy pale light yellow with small head hanging out over the liquid. Taste is pilsner malt, corn, light lemon, light dough, a little dirty water. Body is really light, watery with soft carbonation. After taste is lemon. Overall a pretty odd Belgian brew. Different from any Belgian Pale I’ve ever tried. I do enjoy the light lemon tartness on the finish. anders37 (26824) - Malmö, SWEDEN - APR 5, 2013

Pale straw pour with a white head. Bread and cracker malt up front with a strong spice character to follow. White pepper, coriander, and clove notes to it. Lemon zest, floral hops, and mild yeast. Light sweetness to the palate of bread and cracker. Nice white pepper and coriander spice, light citrus, mostly lemon, and some yeast. Quite a dry finish.
