22 oz. bottle shared by seeswo - thanks again, Chris! Can't believe I hadn't had this one before, as I thought I'd had all of their barrel aged stuff. Anyway, it pours a deep, dark, nearly opaque brown with almost no head. Bourbon is up front, with charred oak, roasted malts, toasted sugar, and molasses sweetness. Faint brown sugar, vanilla, and caramel. But this is mostly roast and barrel leaning. Medium-bodied, with modest carbonation and a warming, sweet mouthfeel that finishes dry. Another good one in their barrel program.

Bottle shared. Near black with a ring beige head. Aroma of butterscotch, vanilla, chocolate, bourbon, oak, boozy alcohol, caramel and toffee. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with big alcohol warmth in the finish and soft carbonation.

Big thanks to Bobbo for el bottelo! Pours opaque black with almost no head. Aroma is oak, fudge and some bourbon. Taste is fudgey as heck, some oak, modest bourbon, milk chocolate, vanilla. On the sweeter and fudgier side. Silky body.

Pours an opaque black from the bottle with thin ring of bubbly tan brown head that dissipates to leave light lace. Aroma of bog bourbon barrel notes, vanilla and oak, chocolate and roast behind. Taste follows, great stout qualities, huge barrel qualities, very tasty. Thick and chewy, minimal carbonation, nothing mind blowing or over the top, but super well balanced and a great barrel aged stout.

Thanks Ryan for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing pitch black with light translucent rims and very sparse latte colored foam. The nose shows pronounced notes of bourbon and milk chocolate with light notes of raisins. The palate is oily and moderately carbonated. Pronounced flavours of bourbon and chocolate with a strong alcoholic bourbon spiciness. Lots of bourbon and chocolate on the finish.

Bottle (22 oz) shared at tasting. Pitch black with a small beige head, good retention, leaving little lacing. Aroma is super fudgey with bourbon, alcohol, mild spiciness and molasses. Taste is sweet and super fudgey with bourbon, boozy notes, molasses/caramel, mild spiciness and light bitterness. Full body. Moderate carbonation. Fudgey finish. Rich and decadent fudgey RIS.

Superbe.
