A:A: A little murky but nothing too bad. Very nice red hue and a decent amount of carbonation. Looks nice :) Strong fresh fruit sourness. Definitely cherry.
T: Excellent! This is smooth and has a perfect amount of sour and funk. I think this is well balanced (or at least to my liking) it is. The tartness attacks the tongue and prickles the back of your throat but it still has a nice crisp after taste.
P: Well balanced not too thin and not a syrup. I think this is about right for a sour.
O: Absolutely fantastic. One of my favorite sours and its also impressive that this was their first attempt. If you can, GET SOME. Damico (3146) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 4, 2013
Pours unclear hazy amber with a small white ring for a head. Aroma is sweet cherries with a tad bit of zing. Flavor brings tart not overly dry cherry flavors that settle well on the tongue with some mild but wild yeast flavors on the tongue. phaleslu (10895) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - NOV 11, 2010
Draft sample at FOBAB 2010. Pours a hazy amber color with a small but resilient bone white head. Notes of cherries, raspberries, vanilla, oak, bourbon, balsamic vinegar, and caramel. Medium-bodied with melow carbonation and a tart, funky, and sweet mouthfeel. Nice marriage of a sour with bourbon barrels. Surprised to see the relatively low ratings on here because I really liked this. arkurzynski (2460) - Combined Locks, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 25, 2011
Deep orange almost red. Nice pop on the cork. Mild barnyard, citrus, lactic acid. Moderately sour sweet tart flavor, citrus fruit, mild cherry, faint funk, and a hint of vanilla. Dry, sour finish. Pretty clean palate-wise. A pretty solid sour from the limited that I have tried. hopdog (13191) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 5, 2013
750ml, caged and corked bottle. Poured a hazy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Cherries, woody, some funkiness, and some bourbon.

On tap, pours cloudy red with no head/lacing. Aromas and taste of french oak, sour cherries, vanilla, lacto, leather, cherries and lemons. Salivating sour that was hard to stop drinking. Newk (299) - - AUG 8, 2012
Poured from bottle into a tulip. Pours a good dark red color with a small head.
Very good flemish red aromas of sour cherries, some funk and tart citrus notes as well.
Good depth with a very good medium feel and flavors of sour cherries and a good amount of tart tones as well. Finishes off nice and dry.
This is a real good flemish red. Nice and tart with good flavors and aromas.
