I got this bottle in a trade with Grizzly Adams. Thanks Cole!
This one pours a hazy orange-gold with a 1 finger head of foam that doesn't recede much at all and there's some good lacing.
The smell has notes of grapefruit and caramel malt with the hops *just* having the edge.
The taste kind of surprised me. Biscuit and caramel is what I noticed first and then some grapefruit in the background that adds enough bitterness to balance the malt. Nice.
It has a medium mouthfeel and it finishes with a slight grassy bitterness. Quite a nice APA with more than ample portions of malt and I like where this one went. I'd definitely drink this again as it is a good beer all around.

An average type of pale ale. This one has cereal note in it. Light on the palate, with a clean finish. ShawnMalloy (131) - Auburn, Massachusetts, USA - SEP 29, 2013
Purchased at Binny’s in Chicago, IL which is located next to the Goose Island brewpub. The first one I opened was flat. The second one was not flat. Sort of a copper hue. Fruity hoppy beer. Notes of kid cereal. Good drinkability. Delectable treat. cheap (6251) - CHINA - AUG 8, 2013
I thot I tasted this before, but no-here goes. Looks like a mild hefe in the glass. A mild piercing hoppy floral aroma. Leathery medium hop dull bite, seems like less than 5 abv. Yes, side back of throat bitter thing happening as the session continues. On style for an apa, but sometimes I think this brew is trying to run up to the pack of eye pah. tcane7 (1674) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 23, 2013
Drat at Baggataway, Pours amber with tan head and great lace. Notes of toffee, light roasted malt, some hop aromas and flavor - grass, pine, light citrus. Decent hop bitterness on the finish but not enough hop flavor for my taste.

Pours medium gold, with a slight haze.Moderate white head. Aroma is mostly hops, with a slight citrus note. flavor is resin, citrus pith. Palate is quite dry, hop bitter is dominate, though a malt framework makes it smooth and drinkable. Crisp, refreshing. Good hot day thirst quencher. Nothing special. djroehler (292) - Minnesota, USA - APR 30, 2013
Poured from bottle. Clear yellow with thick creamy head that sticks to the glass. Aroma is sweet treat and bread, vanilla, slight lemon zest. Taste is lemon, pine bitterness, Bready sweet body, caramel, pine on the finish. FROTHINGSLOSH (8362) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 22, 2013
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-golden color with a small foamy off white head. The aroma was sour, tangy, faintly floral and had a light fruity hop presence. The flavor was bitter, tart and dry with moderate floral hops. Medium length dry floral hop finish. Medium body. Eh. timc100 (320) - Park Ridge, Illinois, USA - MAR 17, 2013
A really pleasant pale ale, not extraordinary in any way, nothing wrong either. Sweet citrus and bready aromas. Decent amount of bitterness that washes over the tongue, very solid bready malt backbone. backdaft (286) - Menasha Red Light District, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 4, 2013
Bottle. Pours a clear orange/gold in color with a thin white head that left some spotty lacing. Piney in aroma and taste. Dry, crisp, and bitter with just a hint of sweetness. A very hop forward APA... but I like it!
