Not a big fan of the aroma of this, but the taste makes up for it. Very easy drinking, not to bitter, enough hop precense there for an apa. Good for drinking multiples of for sure.

Pretty good beer. Poured a nice foamy head and lots of lace. Hazy light amber color. Light hop aroma with lots of toffee, malty character. Fine carbonatioin. Mouth filling. Flavor is same as nose and more fulfilling. Great session beer.

Clear copper with a white head. The aroma is of earthy hops and biscuits or crackers. Same flavors. Medium body.

Bottle from non ratebeer friend Jason...a special surprise that I didn’t even ask for. Thanks JT. Pour is orange golden with a sufficient sized head. Aroma is fruity. Apples, pears, and as the last rater mentioned, cereal like notes. This is a solid tasting brew. I’m impressed by my first central water brew. I’m looking to sample some more in the future.

Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 19, 2007
Bottled. Poured clear medium golden with a short cap of white head. Aroma picked up some darker leafy notes along with cereal notes, a pinch of lemon zest, and some floral. The flavor had sweet cereal and caramel notes at the base supporting primarily pine and floral bitterness and some light fresh fruits.. rather tasty. Medium-bodied with nice balance between the sweets and the bitters.. little slick on the back-end. Tasty brew.

Skyview (6076) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - APR 5, 2007
Picked up a few from Trigs in Wausau, WI. Pours a orange copper color with a medium off white head. Some lacing on glass. Aroma is toasted grain with some scent of young apples. Taste of more hops than medium barley malt. A long dry citrus finish with some mid bitterness. A little drier than most pale ales I’ve tried.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2007 Second rating: 12 oz bottle. Poured a clear light orange color. Head was thick and white with good retention and lacing. Pleasant aroma dominated by flowery hops. Very effervescent. Too much carbonation. Dry on the tongue. Flavor was hop dominated and similar to the aroma.

Got this one as part of the sampler at the brewpub in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Not particularly bitter for a pale, but pretty good beer. Dark yellow pour with a thin head, light nose of lemon and flowers, mild bitterness and hoppiness. Okay.

Sampler flight at the brewery. Dark golden-straw colored pour, thin head, sweet nose, mild hops and some malt flavor.

Pours golden with average white head. Nice hop flavor with a light citrus flavor. Not much for aroma... ok.
